Job Description:

The CEP (Customer experience and privacy) user tools team is chartered with delivering business insights to a variety of key business stakeholders in Marketing and Sales organizations. The Solution Architect (SA) for CEP user tools team will lead the way in building world class products that have great customer experience and are built for scale

Job Responsibilities:

• strong inclination towards SRE best practices
• mentor less experienced team members
• will need to agile, flexible and adept at managing business change and rapidly evolving business requirements
• will be a key contributor in digitally transforming the product teams
• participate or lead in presentations at senior leadership level or higher
• strong understanding of agile and devops/devsecops practices
• excited about new technologies, design patterns, market trends and applying them to continuously improve user tool
• will work very closely with the product teams and assist them in roadmap planning, discovery,
• build the solution in a structured approach by having conversations with key stakeholders at various levels
• partner with the Enterprise Architect to ensure user tools with north star architecture in mind

Job Requirements:

• Success in complex projects, architecture, design and implementation
• Experience in technologies such as Angular, Spring, Streamsets, Greenplum, memSQL, ELK stack, etc.
• Data science and ML
• Familiarity marketing and sales tools
