Job Responsibilities:

• Independently lead client CXO conversations, build proposals & solution approach, lead design thinking workshops and solution design, lead consulting engagements and the project teams.
• Contribute to account mining and relationship activities with value scan , health check diagnostics , benchmarking and opportunity assessment and presentation to clients .
• Communicating complex concepts and solutions in a compelling and straightforward way, yet underpinned by a strong grasp of the detail
  Be responsible for developing effective senior (CxO) relationships in clients and business development target organizations
• Be responsible for delivering complex engagements for large-medium-small sized companies across the globe in one or more of the following sectors: Banking / Financial Services
• Advising clients on future of industry with future of technology, vision and strategy in complex stakeholder environments
• Lead complex transformation projects through the full lifecycle of banking/financial services value chain
• Banking: Digital Banking, Retail banking, Corporate banking, Trade Finance , Treasury , Corporate Finance, CRM & Loyalty, Channels, Treasury , Credit Risk and AML & Fraud analytics.

• Contributing to the profile and reputation of Finacle Consulting Group through firm building, new capability and offering development initiatives, thought leadership, whitepapers and conference speeches
• Envision the Future of Industry with us – from Strategy to Execution. Co-lead go-to-market client interactions with the sales teams to discover problems to solve, work with an industry leading digital delivery workforce & our product innovation teams to deliver futuristic business solutions in banking and financial services
