Job Responsibilities:

  • The role covers India FTOM to support India CPBB business, including relevant regional / group reporting requirements, as applicable.
  • Product reporting – detailed analysis of income, balance sheet, RWA. Analysis and investigation of trends, returns and margins.
  • Provide timely & accurate financial information / MIS to enable strategic decision making
  • Support Product specific business partnering to support P&L accretive initiatives like product launches, cost optimization, P&L deep dives etc.
  • Support the requirements of monthly and quarterly country performance reviews with the segment heads by preparing relevant financials, analytics and presentations
  • Analyze business performance (management and financial), review highlight risks and opportunities and drive actions to ensure committed financial outcome
  • Front end the coordination and support during forecasting, budgeting and monthly reporting cycles with product and segment finance heads and Regional / Country finance functions
  • Support the requirements for country performance reviews and executive meetings such as CPBB Monthly Flash, Full Year Outlook and Product Performance Packs

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, multi task, lead through ambiguities, influence where he/she does not have direct authority & build on unstructured formative situations
  • Sound knowledge on the flow of information between the Finance systems and ability to use the relevant logic to report the numbers.
  • Ability to understand and connect business drivers and rationale for and application of those relevant to the Performance management process.
  • Should have worked in a business finance function with strong FP&A background.
  • Significant experience of working with senior management team and of interfacing with and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Strong Analytical and Strategic mindset, coupled with a thorough understanding of business performance management outcomes
